Shanghai Best Display Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (BEST DISPLAY) has run display production since 2012 and was established in December 2019 with RMB 10 million registered capital. We make MONO LCD glass and LCM, TFT modules with or without touch, PMOLED and AMOLED, mirror LCD, LCD shutter, GG-RTP touch panels and industrial HMI. Two production lines - TFT module line: 3,100 sqm plant with a nearly 2,000 sqm clean workshop, 2 fully automatic COG/FPC lines plus 1 semi-automatic line, about 1,000,000 pcs per month, 0.85 to 32 inch with optional touch. - MONO LCD line in De'an, Jiangxi: self-owned 33,000 sqm park with 22,000 sqm of workshops, 1 fully automatic STN line from PI coating and exposure to lamination and assembly; 95,000 pairs of 370 x 470 mm plates per year and 1,300,000 LCM pcs per month. - Class 1,000 bonding and assembly, Class 100 lamination; aging room 32,000 pcs per day, 12 hours per cycle. Quality - ISO9001 and ISO14001; IQC, PQC and OQA with in-line control; incoming AQL 0.25, outgoing AQL 0.65. - Reliability: thermal shock, high temperature and humidity, high and low temperature operation and storage, ESD, vibration, transport vibration, falling ball, salt spray, TP click, scribble and separation. Capability - LCM 0.96 to 13.3 inch, 2.5 mm with RTP, 2.4 mm with CTP, 1.5 mm without touch; brightness 1,200 or 1,000 cd/m2. - MONO glass up to 370 x 470 mm, 0.4 to 1.1 mm, line width 10 um, duty 1/240; -40 C to +90 C. - Drawing 2 working days, samples 3 to 4 weeks, mass production 4 weeks.
